A quieter month this month as some of the team have taken the opportunity to get away on holiday. On the technology front, we’ve concentrated on performance and bug fixes. We’ve been concentrating on performance upgrades this month, especially when you are first loading Okappy or when you are adding jobs.
Don’t forget, see all the latest web updates by clicking your Profile icon at the top right of the screen and then selecting Latest updates. iOS and Android updates are available from the Okappy icon, then select More.

Q: “Id like to do a monthly report that shows the number of hours either completed or invoiced by each employee, is that possible?”
A: “You can use the ‘jobs all’ report which shows you the date the job was initially marked as on site and the date the job was completed. This can be downloaded to Excel or Google Sheets where you can then easily calculate the difference between the two times.”
