Welcome to the latest edition of What’s New in the Q. It’s been an incredible month for us, packed with exciting events and fantastic opportunities.
Our team recently attended Floodex UK at Excel Centre and had the chance to connect with many drainage and utility companies. We also enjoyed the NADC Awards Dinner, where we were proud to receive the Drainage Innovation of the Year award for our connected approach to field service management. Presented by none other than Frank Bruno himself!

Top of the forum this month!
Q:“Videos sometimes fail to upload, it seems to happen the longer the video?”
A:“The size of the video significantly affects the upload time. Larger videos not only take longer to upload but also require more storage space on your device. In instances where device storage is limited or if you experience unstable network conditions, there’s a higher risk of the upload process being interrupted. To minimize these issues, we recommend keeping your videos to under 10 seconds. For more information, see our troubleshooting guide.
