All documents report
With Okappy you might need to store documents for an employee, customer or subcontractor such as an insurance certificate, RAMs document or licence. You can easily see which documents have been stored for each connection using the All documents report.
To generate an All documents report, follow the steps below.
Generate an All documents report
To generate an All documents report
- Click Reports in the menu bar
- Click Connections
- Select All documents
- Choose which period to cover,
- click the Generate report button
This will generate a report showing the documents for all your connections saved over the specified time period.
You can filter documents by entering text into the search filter.
To delete a document, click the delete icon towards the right of the screen.
