Why am I seeing a charge on my credit card with reference Okappy?
With Okappy’s unique network, you can connect to your customers and subcontractors, send and receive work and share the status of that work as its updated by your engineers out in the field.
You can also raise invoices to your customers, and receive invoices from your subcontractors or suppliers.
If you see a charge on your statement with the reference Okappy* Invoice [number] this will be for an invoice raised by your supplier or subcontractor which you have paid through Okappy.
If you’re not sure which invoice this relates to, log into Okappy and go to your Invoices screen and select Invoices received. If you have received a lot of invoices, enter the number into the filter to find the right one.
You can see which subcontractor or supplier raised the invoice. Click the three dots menu ( ) next to the invoice number to view more details.
Note: A transaction fee is added to the invoice to cover card charges and transfer fees. This could be up to 5% depending on the bank, credit card and customer settings.
