Adding/editing your Okappy email signature
With Okappy, you can easily send a copy of your job sheet, invoice or report to your customers via email.
The email includes your name take from your profile. If you have a signature set up then it will also include that.

Adding your email signature
To add an email signature,
- click your profile icon towards the top right of the page
- select System settings
- choose Email signature
- start adding your signature text.
You can change the format of your text using the icons along the top of the text box.
Adding an image to your signature
To add an image to your signature, you’ll need to find the url of the image you want to use. The image will typically be hosted on your own website.
Once you have found your image, right click on the image and select Copy image address.
Once you have your image url, click the Insert/edit image icon.
- Paste the image url into the source field
- Add a name for the image
- Choose your image size
- Click Ok
Once you are happy with your signature, click the Update signature button.
