Steps to Enable Confirmation Settings
1. Access Settings
- Navigate to the Profile Dropdown: Click on the profile dropdown icon located towards the top right of the screen.
- Select ‘System Settings’: In the dropdown menu, select ‘System Settings’ to access the main settings page.
2. Go to Company Settings
- Choose ‘Company Settings’: Within the system settings, find and select the ‘Company Settings’ option.
3. Modify Confirmation Settings
- Open Confirmation Settings: In the company settings, look for the ‘Confirmation Settings’ section.
- Enable Confirmation for Deleting Jobs: To require confirmation when deleting jobs, check the box next to ‘Confirm when deleting jobs’.
- Enable Confirmation for Archiving Jobs: Similarly, to require confirmation when archiving jobs, check the box next to ‘Confirm when archiving jobs’.
4. Confirmation Process
- Entering Confirmation Details: Once these settings are enabled, whenever you attempt to delete or archive a job, a prompt will appear asking for your name or initials (minimum 3 characters) as a confirmation.
