Notes report
Effective field service management is critical to the success of any organization that relies on technicians to provide services in the field. Keeping track of job details, customer information, equipment data, and more can be a daunting task, but with the right tools and processes in place, it can be streamlined and efficient.
One important component of field service management is note-taking. Accurate and detailed notes help technicians, dispatchers, and managers stay informed and make informed decisions. With Okappy, you can take notes for a job, a customer or subcontractor. This support page provides step by step instruction on how to view those notes through the notes report.
