Signing up to Okappy

You’ve had a look at Okappy’s features and benefits, checked out some case studies and signed up for the free trial.  You like what you see, now what?

Okappy is a subscription based platform, to sign up follow the instructions below.

Whilst you are in the free trial, to sign up click the Sign up Now! button towards the top left of your screen.

Then click the Set up subscription button to set up your subscription with our Direct Debit provider – GoCardless.

The confirmation window will show your monthly subscription which is based on the number of employees which you have set up. You can add more employees later and your subscriptions will be automatically re-calculated.

You can also make extra savings by paying for the year in advance. Check the pay yearly checkbox in order to benefit from these additional savings.

You will be taken to GoCardless where you can set up your Direct Debit.

Once complete you’ll be taken back to Okappy where you can continue to benefit from all the tools to help grow and manage your business.

If your access has expired, don’t worry. You can rejoin Okappy by clicking the Rejoin Okappy button on the access expired page.

Then follow the steps as above.
