Speeding report
Use the Okappy speeding report to improve your workforce’s driving behaviour and reduce accidents. As a business owner or manager, we understand that keeping track of your workforce’s driving behaviour can be challenging, which is why we created the Okappy speeding report to simplify the process and provide you with insights into your employees’ driving habits.

To generate the speeding report, follow the steps below.
Generate a speeding report
To generate a speeding report
- Click Reports in the menu bar
- Click Vehicles / devices
- Select Speeding
- Choose a time period
- Select the device or vehicle
- Choose the minimum speed to show
- click the Generate report button
This will generate a report showing all messages from a device where the speed was greater than the minimum speed.
The report includes the date, address and speed.
You can filter messages by entering text into the search filter.
Export your speeding report
You can export your report to Microsoft Excel where you can further manipulate the data, create charts and graphs or even generate beautiful dashboards which show your key metrics as they change over time.
Share your report
You can share your report by email to colleagues or your customer by clicking the email icon ( 
) at the top of the report.
