With Okappy’s unique network, you can connect to your customers and subcontractors. Send and receive work and view and share the status of that work as it’s updated in real time by your employees or subcontractors.

You can add customers easily when adding a job or from the connections icon ( )

But what if you want to upload multiple customers?  You can do this from the connections screen. Read on to find out how.

To upload multiple customers, when logged on the web

• Click the Connections icon
• Select View connections
• Select Customers
• Click the Connection options icon

• Select Upload connections

You can download a template which contains the key fields that need to be populated. They are

• First name
• Last name
• Company name
• Email*
• Address1
• Address2
• Address3
• Town
• Postcode
• Contact phone
• Contact mobile

*The email address is mandatory.

You can upload unto 100 customers at a time.

Note: If a company is already on the platform then they will be connected to your account but the details will default to the original company details.
