• Scaling and automating our growth process
• Choosing which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on
• Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs
• A/B testing ideas
• Analysing our data and user feedback
• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with product development in order to enhance and improve all aspects of our platform
• Drive traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, apps
• Working on a lean startup process
• Prioritise and optimise our growth channels

• Knowledgeable about referral marketing, be able to enhance our viral growth
• Confident with technology, including
  • Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Google Tag Manager
  • Matomo (Piwik) Analytics
  • SQL
  • Web technologies
  • Excel
• Flexible, can work as part of a team or on own

• Can take initiative to find answers to solutions
• Always learning new technologies and looking to advance your skills
• You play well with others and see the benefit of good communication
• You love working in a small team and wearing multiple hats
• You get stuff done, but you also care about the quality of your work
• Understand that sometimes you need to work late and under pressure
