I have selected invoice options and selected export to xero but no green ticks to confirm everything has been exported

Xero has recently updated their security so you'll need to re-authenticate Okappy with Xero. To do this:
From the invoices screen within Okappy
- Click Invoice options towards the top right of the screen
- Click Account settings
- Select Xero
- Click the Connect to Xero button
- At the Xero screen, login with your Xero account details
This will re-connect Okappy and Xero. You should then be able to export your invoices.

Xero has recently updated their security so you'll need to re-authenticate Okappy with Xero. To do this:

This will re-connect Okappy and Xero. You should then be able to export your invoices.
